Overview
Aura Notetaker processes conversation audio, transcripts, contact information, and account data to provide AI-powered note-taking. We design our product with privacy and GDPR compliance in mind.
Data we collect
- Account details (name, email, authentication data)
- Conversation recordings and permanent transcripts
- Contacts, relationships, and voice profiles you create
- Usage, billing, and audit logs for security and compliance
Retention
Original audio recordings are retained for 3 days, then automatically deleted. Transcripts, summaries, and action points are kept until you delete them or request account deletion.
GDPR data exports are available for 72 hours after generation.
Your rights
You may export your data or request account deletion from Privacy settings. Deletion requests include a short grace period before permanent removal.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions. Optional analytics cookies are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner.
